Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and delivering exceptional service.

You will train, coach, and lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, and ensure sales goals. The role includes a rotating schedule and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example.
• Develop relationships to grow store business.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals.
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
