Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Florida location to lead Sales Associates and Supervisors, coach on products, technologies, and selling skills, and drive brand loyalty. You’ll develop strategies to improve customer engagement, sales, and profitability while promoting inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 5+ years of experience in store leadership or a related role
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems and various retail software tools
• Experience driving consumer engagement and selling skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to a diverse staff of supervisors and associates on day-to-day operations to meet standards.
• Create an engaging shopping experience and ensure product knowledge to serve customers.
• Provide training and coaching on selling skills and assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Assist the Store Manager with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Support ongoing team growth and development.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, operations, safety and productivity.
• Create weekly store schedules and manage labor/operating expenses targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, replenishment, and shrink controls.
