Target is seeking a Food Service Team Leader in California, El Cajon. You will lead Food & Beverage operations on the sales floor, ensure quality, pricing and safety, and guide a team of hourly associates to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team delivers Target guest experience commitments and operations.
• Observe and provide feedback, recognizing great guest moments.
• Review area metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Plan food service transitions, promotions and inventory to meet demand.
• Lead daily tasks and shifts to align with business priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain food safety and inventory accuracy; follow procedures.
• Assist with store emergencies and compliance.
