Job summary

Joe & the Juice in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and uphold high standards of guest experiences. You will lead the team, ensure compliance with policies, and drive a culture where growth and vibrant energy define the store.

You will be part of an international Juicer network, with opportunities across cities and roles, and be expected to maintain brand standards while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Demonstrates ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term management career.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in alignment with company principles when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences and efficient store operations.
• Drive sales and monitor KPIs to improve store profitability.
