Job summary

Old Navy in United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development. You’ll coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Work with the General Manager to execute store strategy and achieve performance goals, modeling leadership behaviors and coaching growth across the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and customer-centric results
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts
• Own assigned area of responsibility
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Perform Service Leader duties
• Ensure consistent SOP execution
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape
• Promote community involvement
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless experience
