Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Retail experience with supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequent walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and planograms; ensure proper presentation.
