Qualifications

• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health & safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink.
