You will recruit, train, and develop a large team of Store Associates and Assistant Managers, while ensuring operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention. This role drives sales and store profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and mentoring abilities with feedback skills.
• Solid knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, people mgmt, health & safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers with path to promotion.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and provide insights on merchandising and demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs and policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and merchandising presentation; drive store initiatives.
