Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in an Assistant or Store Manager role.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; provide training and ongoing development; mentor and role model a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs; improve store layout and efficiency.
