You’ll assist with planning, analytics and omni-channel initiatives to meet KPIs and financial targets. Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs; cosmetology license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach performance, maintain positive relations.
• Operations: ensure processes align with digital strategies and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect assets, follow inventory controls.
