Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store associates to deliver optimal customer experiences.
• Develop and lead teams to achieve KPIs and brand standards.
• Oversee store operations and omni-channel initiatives.
• Manage inventory, ordering and shipments.
• Schedule payroll hours and staffing needs.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and safety.
