Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in United States (New York region) is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach associates, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience with a customized hair and beauty solution for every customer. You will drive sales by managing store operations, budget and inventory while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Your role is to manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience with a customized hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales and managing inventory to achieve sales goals.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by following safety, security rules, and Company policies.
• Maintain an attractive store environment and presentation at all times.
