Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the general manager in daily store operations and uphold company standards. You will supervise hourly staff, monitor cash handling and inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

With 1-2 years of supervisory experience, you will train and discipline associates, assist with banking, invoicing and payroll tasks, and help promote guest service excellence while complying with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.
• Basic computer skills and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise hourly employees and uphold standards.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other admin duties.
