Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help supervise store associates, organize merchandise, and assist with opening/closing duties to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.

• Maintain clean and well-stocked store areas.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
