This role involves assisting with daily store activities, merchandising, and following corporate directives to maintain standards. The ideal candidate has prior store management experience in retail or grocery environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
