Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience in a management/supervisory capacity or equivalent.
• Able to supervise and train in shipping/receiving, stock, merchandising, cashiering and customer service retail.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Operate a retail store location to achieve budgeted revenue and expenses; run the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruit and train retail staff and material processors; manage discipline as required.
• Schedule employees to ensure customer service, merchandising, security, and expense control.
• Order merchandise to stock the store and meet budget.
• Maintain sales data records and bank deposits.
