Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Antonio to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will act as manager on duty, drive store performance, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and team members.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and supervision when the Store Manager is unavailable, while implementing Lids’ selling strategy and visual merchandising

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Maintain store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and discipline when the Store Manager is away.
• Drive the selling strategy to reach KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Protect company assets and ensure proper inventory handling and merchandising.
