Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with the hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Direct supervision for hourly Team Members when the Store Manager is not present.
• Assist Store Manager with ordering and stocking merchandise and freight flow.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales effective daily.
