The Finish Line, Inc. seeks Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations, motivate a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in Westlake, OH. You will own the heartbeat of the store and shape its success.

You will drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach staff to hit KPIs, while upholding company standards and DEI commitments in a dynamic retail environment.

Competenze

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with sales targets.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric and able to supervise staff.
• Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS software and basic computer apps.
