The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking dynamic leaders for Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor roles in Ohio. You will guide daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Qualifications

Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performance store team; set goals and provide ongoing feedback.
