The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations in a dynamic retail environment. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

You will manage budgets, merchandise strategies, and community engagement, ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies. A strong leader with superb communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with ability to deliver exceptional service.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and drive decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
Proficiency with retail management software and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities
