Qualifications

• Open availability to meet a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership experience with supervising team members in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaborate to get the job done.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service while greeting and thanking customers.
• Assist in training, mentoring, supervising, and providing leadership to employees.
