Qualifications

• Open availability for a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Leadership experience supervising team members in retail or food service.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, greeting and thanking customers.
• Lead, mentor, supervise, and develop store staff.
• Enforce company policy and procedures with the team.
• Promote store specials and suggest purchases to customers.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures.
