Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations in New York. You will support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. The role includes shift-differential considerations for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items.
• Promote Crosby’s Rewards enrollment and drive sales.
• Train, coach, and support store associates.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing levels.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll processing.
