Foot Locker in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads with energy, ownership, and purpose. You’ll support the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store running smoothly on a fast-paced floor.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll help set the tone on the floor and deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, with leadership or key-holding responsibilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance customer experience and store efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled, and support hiring and training.
• Coach teammates in real time and step in to support priorities.
