Crocs, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team in delivering memorable customer experiences while driving sales and daily operations. You’ll be at the heart of the store, opening/closing, cash handling, stock management, and ensuring the store is business ready each day.

You’ll champion a positive team culture, coach teammates, and stay informed about Crocs product launches and collaborations to elevate shopper engagement. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• 18+ years old.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for store leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring teams and driving results.
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential.

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Assist with daily retail operations including POS, stock room, pricing, loyalty, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee store-wide operations with Store Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Serve as brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and compliance initiatives.
• Model best practices and drive sales performance and KPIs.
