Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
