Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development – Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Communication Excellence – Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers, fostering a positive, engaging environment.
• Metrics Mindedness & Sales Growth – Help meet sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize cash flow to drive store performance.
• Structure & Process Orientation – Manage store operations, ensure efficient workflows and compliance in the absence of leadership.
• Customer Service Leadership – Provide WOW! service, resolve concerns, transform complaints into positive experiences.
• Operational Efficiency – Drive productivity and training to retain top staff; maintain merchandising and a clean, organized store.
• Risk & Safety Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote safety, assist in risk management.
• Financial Oversight – Support budgeting, analyze P&L statements, monitor expenses to maximize profitability.
