• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel to maintain a high-performance team.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize cash flow.
• Oversee store merchandising, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Drive customer WOW service and resolve concerns to turn complaints into positives.
