• Help meet sales targets and maintain accurate inventory.
• Oversee store operations and ensure efficient workflows in the absence of leadership.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and transform concerns into positive experiences.
• Drive productivity and employee retention through effective merchandising and processes.
• Promote PPE usage, safety, and risk management in daily operations.
• Assist budgeting, analyze P&L, and monitor expense controls to maximize profits.
