You will lead recruiting, training, and development, ensure clear communication, and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation. You’ll assist in budgeting, inventory control, and safety compliance while shaping a positive work culture.

• Oversee store operations in the Manager's or Commercial Sales Manager's absence.
• Provide WOW! customer service and resolve issues promptly to positive outcomes.
• Drive efficiency through merchandising, processes, and safety compliance.
• Support budgeting and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.
