Family Dollar in Chester, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in training and supervising store associates.

This part-time role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a proactive approach to safety and loss prevention. The position is located at 1915 W 9th Street, Chester, PA.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and maintain stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
