Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience managing a retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with questions and provide friendly service.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communicate store activities to the team.
• Maintain store displays and protect company assets including cash.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized to company standards.
