• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays; ensure store standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling and cash deposits, and loss prevention.
• Keep store spaces clean, well-stocked and orderly; protect store assets including cash.
• Enforce policies and safety guidelines; supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team.
