Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions.
• Help merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts; support loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
