Job summary

Dollar Tree in Highland, IN seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help develop the store team. You will supervise associates, assist with merchandising, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, following corporate directives, maintaining displays, and promoting excellent customer service while adhering to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
