Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or similar environments is a plus.
• Ability to train and develop store associates and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and overall promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record-keeping, and loss prevention.
• Ensure store areas are stocked, clean, and presentable; protect assets and cash.
• Enforce safety policies and supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
