Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Help organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling duties.
• Maintain store areas and displays to company standards.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing store associates.
