The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking dynamic managers to lead our store team and drive excellence in customer interactions. As Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure superior service while meeting sales goals.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Leadership skills: strong communication, interpersonal and org skills.
• Customer-centric: delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical: analyze sales data, manage budgets, data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility: willing to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Tech-savvy: proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
