Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will develop the team, recruit and train staff, monitor compliance, and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train store personnel; assist with recruitment and development.
• Support Store Manager on annual performance evaluations.
• Assist with expense management and budget alignment.
• Monitor store shrink and identify issues to meet goals.
• Ensure safety and business standards in operations.
