Job summary

Goodwill Southern New England is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and lead a team of associates and shift supervisors. The role includes managing donations flow, pricing, merchandising, and customer service while helping meet sales and operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED), at least two years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Office for store records and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years related experience, including supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively; be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math and work with figures relevant to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall store operations, including collections, processing, sales and financial performance.
• Supervise store associates and shift supervisors during scheduled shifts.
• Assist in managing payroll, processing goals, revenue and expenses; ensure loss prevention.
