Goodwill Southern New England is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, oversee donations, processing, pricing, and sales, and drive financial performance.

Under supervision of Store Manager, you will supervise staff, ensure customer service, manage payroll and loss prevention, and coordinate with community service workers; weekend/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years related experience including supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Strong leadership and store operations knowledge.
