Job summary

Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Aurora, CO to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers with a warm greeting, assist them with our baby essentials, and help parents prepare for first days of school while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will coach and develop the store team, manage scheduling and KPIs, partner with the Store Manager on merchandising and promotions, and ensure operational controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our great product styles, features and benefits.
• Coach employees to uphold service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze the business and drive KPIs with the team.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report completion of tasks and financial results utilizing Company tools.
