Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Leads all company best practices and maximizes productivity while minimizing steps and touches.
• Assists in analysis of store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Maintains safety policies and ensures a safe environment for Associates and Customers.
• Supervises customer service programs and merchandising presentation through training and supervision.
• Represents and supports the Ross brand at all times.
• Manages store operations to maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop environment.
• Assists in lead roles for loss prevention and annual inventory processes.
