Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, leading staff, scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards to drive sales and profitability.

You will manage the stockroom, front end, and sales floor, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and customer-focused shopping environment. The role requires strong leadership, at least five years in retail store management, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
• Analyses Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Addresses variance to Company standards with action plans with District Manager as needed.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits and payroll reporting as needed.
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
• Manages Associate Relations issues and ensures compliance with policies.
• Oversight of Loss Prevention programs and annual inventory processes.
