Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Plan and execute actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in absence of Store Manager and supervise staff.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
