Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, with leadership or key-holder exposure.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and ability to engage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ownership mindset.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations—opening/closing, cash handling, floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready, and compliant with SOPs.
• Take an owner/operator mindset and address issues to maintain standards.
