Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Supervise service levels at the retail showroom and support programs.
• Coordinate staffing for peak hours and ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist in hiring: interviews, onboarding, and candidate evaluation.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security checks.
