O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations in New Hampshire. You will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and manage operations during opposing shifts.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure staffing is adequate during peak hours and drive coaching and mentoring.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure phone calls are answered according to company policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and transfers timely and communicate shipment arrivals.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
