Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Retail convenience store experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivating store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Price, stock, and front merchandise; stock room and floor.
• Operate cash register and related equipment accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health department rules and company policies.
• Handle cash and inventories; report variances to Store Manager.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
• Follow security and safety policies.
